What we collect. If you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't want details of your insurance claim, so please don't send them.

Why. To send you the newsletter you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it. Our email provider stores subscriber addresses on our behalf. We don't sell or share your details with insurers, brokers or anyone else.

How long. Until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed.

Cookies and tracking. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
